What is the Forbidden City of Horizon?
The action/role-playing game developed by Guerrilla Games continues the events of the first edition, Horizon Zero Dawn, which was released on PS4 in 2017 and last year on PC. What is the story of the game?
The red-haired heroine travels to the Forbidden West, a dangerous new location filled with new threats, people and machines.Horizon Forbidden City takes place after a global catastrophe after a thousand years on Earth. People lived in primitive tribes, but they were no longer the dominant type. Giant land animal-like robots are now roaming and they are very dangerous. The second part takes place 6 months after the events of Horizon Zero Dawn, and Aloy travels west in search of a "mysterious and deadly pest."
Robots are not the only danger in the outlawed West. A strange red plague called blight is spreading all over the planet, and it won't be long before it kills all life. Only our heroine Aloy can stop this disaster. But to do so, she and her companions must roam the ruins of the ancient world in search of the technology they need.
